Green Business Partnership

Our climate friendly products and services - Working closely with environmentally conscientious organisations is a mutually beneficial arrangement that helps us to broaden our reach while affording our partners the chance to highlight on the world stage their dedication to environmental concerns.
The National Institute of Transforming India (“NITI”) Aayog, Government of India, has taken an initiative to provide a Model Concession Agreement (MCA) document for introducing Electric-Bus Fleet in Cities for Public Transportation on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode on Operational Expenditure (per km basis) Model. The said model document has been developed based on international best practices, and with view of providing cleaner, more efficient and affordable public transportation. The objective is to provide O&M efficiency of city bus fleet for the authority, while ensuring bankability of the project for the private sector. The concessionaire shall be required to incur the necessary capex for procurement of the e-buses and O&M infrastructure, while the authority shall incur operational expenditure on per kilometre basis.
E-buses offer many value propositions to Indian cities - they are more efficient, cleaner, quieter, and increasingly cost-competitive by 2030, if four out of 10 buses sold in India are electric, the country could emerge as the second largest e-bus market in the world after China
While adoption of e-buses at scale will not be without challenges, certainly, the health, economic, and environmental benefits that these buses can deliver to India’s cities are worth the effort. Early success will require collaboration and experimentation, a commitment to learning, and steadfast persistence.

We plan to add 100 Luxury Intercity Electric Buses and 100 Logistics Electric Freight Vehicle up to 2022. We invite genuinely interested Entities / Individual to invest on Profit Sharing basis.

The Luxury Intercity Electric Bus have about 40 Seats and costs app. INR 1.8 Cr. “On Road”.

The biggest stumbling block that the Private Operator does not get any subsidy which is presently 55 Lacs per Bus
If anyone is ready to invest in EV drive “You will be in the driver’s seat”.

For “FUTURE OF MOBILITY” reducing emissions on roads and encourage use of EVs by the people, support Make in India policy as they are indigenously designed and made by Indian company.
